Challenge:
An urban site located close to the core of downtown Los Angeles containing a mix of uses and surrounded by high rise offices and residential uses.

Vision:
To develop a mixed use development of residential and retail uses, taking advantage of views and a newly growing residential neighborhood while blending into neighboring high rise buildings.

Results:
The site was optioned in 2003 and entitlements were completed in early 2005 for a 330-unit residential project with 30,000 sf of retail space. Construction is expected to begin in 2006.
