The EmeryBay development has seven major components:
Bay Center Office Complex, Class A offices with views of San Francisco in two five-story buildings and one three-story building, totaling 315,000 square feet.

EmeryBay Club and Apartments Phase I and II. Phase I is a 424-unit apartment complex, which includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Phase II is a 260-unit, mixed-income apartment complex built as a joint venture with BRIDGE Housing Corp. and the City of Emeryville.

The Atrium, a 127,000-square-foot former distribution building that is now a Class A headquarters office.

EmeryBay Theater, Ten-screen United Artists movie theater with 3,300 seats.

EmeryBay Public Market, Rehabilitation of a 50-year-old brick warehouse totaling 200,000 square feet, which houses a European-style market and many small ethnic food restaurants. Adjacent to the market is an eight-story office building, which includes 20,000 square feet of retail space including Borders Books and 100,000 square feet of office space.

Powell Street Plaza, 165,000-square-foot retail complex. Major tenants have included Circuit City, Ross Stores, Tower Records, Trader Joe's, New York Fabrics, and the Men's Warehouse.

Year Completed: An assemblage of 80 acres of industrial land and buildings purchased from ten separate owners, the first property was acquired in 1985 and the first project (EmeryBay Offices) was completed in 1987. The build-out of EmeryBay was accomplished over a five-year period.
