To take over a partially completed 600-acre master planned community from a defaulted lender and the bankruptcy court and achieve the project's potential.

Vision:
To create a premier golf-oriented residential community in northern Alabama.

Results:
The property was acquired and the golf course has been completed and is successfully operating. Several significant golf tournaments, including the Alabama Open, have selected Canebrake Club as their top choice. In addition, over 100 homes have been completed and sold to date.
