J. DAVID MARTIN, Chairman, founded The Martin Group and has served as its Chairman since 1984. From 1979-1981, he was the Regional Real Estate Center Manager for Union Bank, and from 1981-1984, a partner at CPS, a real estate development and brokerage firm. From 1995-2000, Mr. Martin also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Burnham Pacific Properties, a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Martin currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the International Board of the Young Presidents’ Organization where he served as Chairman of the International Board from 2001-2002. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Martin has also served as a Board Member of the University of California Berkeley Center for Real Estate Policy Advisory Board and as a Trustee of Golden Gate University.

Credentials: Mr. Martin received his B.S. from the University of North Alabama, his graduate work at Golden Gate University and recently completed the Presidents’ Program on Leadership at Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

LEE WAGMAN, Chief Executive Officer & Partner, joined The Martin Group in 2005. Prior to The Martin Group, Lee served as President and CEO of the Hahn Company and its successor, TrizecHahn Centers/TrizecHahn Development. In this capacity, Mr.Wagman headed one of the largest shopping center companies in the United States with 43 regional malls and 1,700 employees. After reorganizing the company, he executed a successful strategy to sell the retail portfolio, realizing approximately $3 billion. Prior to TrizecHahn he served 16 years (1979-1995) as Chairman and CEO of Hycel Properties in St. Louis. Mr. Wagman is an attorney and practiced for four years at Bryan Cave from 1975-1979.

Credentials: He is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and its Wharton School and its Law School. He served as a trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 12 years, as well as an active member of the Urban Land Institue. He is also a graduate of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a member of the World Presidents' Organization (WPO) and Chief Executive’s Organization (CEO).

DAVID A. HILLIARD, Partner, joined The Martin Group in 2004. Prior to The Martin Group, David co-founded Symphony Development in 1991, developing quality townhomes, single family residences and retail properties.

In May of 1988, Mr. Hilliard founded Hilliard Properties, an institutional real estate and bank advisory firm. The Company, predecessor to Symphony Development, provided development assistance for corporate real estate assets to provide construction lenders with independent unbiased real estate banking advice.

Between 1981 and 1988, Mr. Hilliard was employed by Security Pacific National Bank. He served as First Vice President and Regional Manager in the Real Estate Industries Group. His office, based in the Los Angeles Headquarters, provided over $1 billion in loans and letters of credit for commercial and residential developers.

Mr. Hilliard began his career at Manufacturers Bank as a summer intern. After graduate school in 1976, he joined Manufacturers Bank on a full time basis where he was an Assistant Vice President in the bank’s commercial construction group.

Credentials: Mr. Hilliard received a Masters of Management degree in 1975 from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he specialized in Business Policy and Finance. He also graduated in 1973 from Carnegie Mellon University, where he received a Bachelors degree in Economics. Mr. Hilliard is an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute.

TED SNYDER, Partner, joined The Martin Group in 2004. Prior to The Martin Group, Mr. Snyder’s professional background includes 17 years of real estate banking in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Snyder served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America in the Real Estate Division, where he was responsible for bank group syndications and construction loan origination. Then, at IndyMac, a publicly traded REIT, Mr. Snyder served as the Chief Operating Officer for its mortgage loan warehousing operation and Executive Vice President and Manager of commercial construction lending. Most recently, he co-founded Symphony Development in 1991, focusing on residential and retail properties.

Credentials: Mr. Snyder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering Institute and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

DAVID D. WRIGHT, Partner, joined The Martin Group in July 1996. His current projects include directing the development and construction of the one million square foot Mid Point Technology Park in Redwood City. Prior to The Martin Group, Mr. Wright's projects include Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton, Oak Creek Business Park in Milpitas and Embarcadero Center in San Francisco. Combined, these projects total more than four million square feet of commercial space and in excess of 1,000 acres of assembled and subdivided land.

Credentials: Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from Cornell University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.

MA T. NORENBERG, Controller, joined The Martin Group in 2005. Ms. Norenberg oversees the financial and accounting aspects of the company. Prior to The Martin Group, Ms. Norenberg has served as a finance manager for Transwestern Commercial Services and an assistant controller for Domino Realty Management. Her experience includes conducting financial analysis and financial projections and overseeing financial transactions for commercial and residential real estate development and property management.

Credentials: Ms. Norenberg holds a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor’s degree from Rangoon University, Burma.

INGRID KOOPMAN, Office Manager, joined The Martin Group in 2005. Prior to The Martin Group, Ms. Koopman was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman of M2 Automotive, Inc in Santa Monica, CA for four years. From 1987 to 2001, she worked for an independent personal lines insurance agency.

Credentials: Ms. Koopman graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge where she received her Bachelor’s degree in English.
