| HOWARD J. KOZLOFF, Development Manager,
joined The Martin Group in 2006 and is responsible for supporting
development activities throughout the portfolio. Prior to
The Martin Group, Mr. Kozloff was Development Manager at
The Macerich Company, a retail REIT headquartered in Santa
Monica, where he was responsible for pre-development activities,
including entitlements, planning, and design. Before relocating
to Santa Monica, Mr. Kozloff was a Project Manager at BRV
Corp., an urban redevelopment consulting firm in New York
City. At BRV Corp., he created urban redevelopment plans
focused on public realm upgrades and asset repositioning
for public and private clients throughout the country.
Credentials: Mr. Kozloff holds a Master of Urban Planning from
Harvard University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development
from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies
and Design of the Environment, with a minor in Art History,
from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Kozloff is an active
member of the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association,
and National Trust for Historic Preservation. |
